The Hall of Fame recognition honors leaders who have made a sustained impact on the business and investment community across the Pittsburgh region. Coticchia was recognized during the 2026 Pittsburgh Smart Business Dealmakers Conference, held at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown. Coticchia is a six-time CEO, two-time COO, and multiple-time founder who has raised more than $73 million in venture capital and led companies through successful exits representing total valuations exceeding $4.4billion, including one public offering and more than twenty-eight M&A transactions. Under his leadership, SE Healthcare has established itself as a top AI-powered workforce performance intelligence platform, focused on measurable burnout reduction, nurse and physician retention, and enterprise-level analytics.
